Axence Partner Roadshow Kicks Off: Big Ambitions from the Polish Vendor
“In 2026, we’re introducing our new Axence Partner Program. It was created for partners who value simplicity, straightforwardness, and efficiency,” says Adam Suhak, Channel Sales Director at Axence, in a conversation about the opportunities of rapid business growth for the Kraków-based company.
Adam Suhak, Channel Sales Director at Axence
Let’s start with the fact that for 20 years, you have been designing tools that support the operation of IT departments, following the principle that technology should work for people, not the other way around…
Yes, and that’s one of the reasons why we have been trusted by 3,500 organizations across 40 countries. To our current and future customers, we offer three solutions designed specifically for IT departments: nVision – a comprehensive tool that supports all IT tasks; SecureTeam – a training platform for learning about cybersecurity and GDPR; and ConnectPro – a tool for remote support and access.
It’s the beginning of a new year, a perfect time for a recap. If you had to sum up 2025 for Axence’s partner channel in one sentence, what would it be?
A lot happened in our partner channel in 2025, and on many different levels. So if I had to answer with one sentence, the first thing that comes to mind is the title of the movie: “Everything Everywhere All at Once.”
Can you elaborate?
Of course. First of all, we expanded our partner department. We built a strong team – a real dream team – whose members complement and support one another perfectly. This allowed us to boldly move into foreign markets, where we rely entirely on a channel-first sales model. Even at this early stage of our international expansion, we’ve already managed to secure our first distribution partners not only in Europe, but also in South America, the Middle East, and Asia. We believe that partner-led sales are the fastest, simplest, and most effective way to reach new customers worldwide. Over the past year, we organized numerous meetings and training sessions for our existing partners, while significantly increasing channel-driven sales. We also hosted Partner Day in Łódź – a conference celebrating two decades of Axence on the market and reflecting on the evolution of our partner ecosystem over that time.
The company is looking to the future with confidence. How can Axence partners benefit from this accelerated growth?
It’s no secret that the company aims to expand, following plans that are both ambitious and firmly grounded in business reality. We’re actively investing in the development of all three products. Our flagship solution is the award-winning and highly regarded nVision, which we continue to improve so that it not only meets market expectations, but actually stays ahead of them and sets new trends. SecureTeam, our training platform that continues to gain traction and recognition in the industry, will also be expanded to include new courses developed in collaboration with some of the top experts in the Polish market. And when it comes to ConnectPro, our proprietary solution created in response to the growing demand for fast remote access and remote support, 2026 will bring major updates that the market has been clearly waiting for.
In 2026, we’re also launching our new Axence Partner Program. It was created for business- and action-oriented partners who value simplicity, straightforwardness, and efficiency. These are precisely the principles that our channel sales team stands for, and they’re reflected in the program: simple, transparent, with attractive discounts and low entry-level requirements for new partners. At the same time, we remain fully committed to quality. As part of the program, we offer a comprehensive package of sales and technical training that allows our partners to quickly familiarize themselves with our solutions and effectively grow their business based on Axence technologies.
What are your plans for 2026? Training sessions, partner events?
Our plans are very promising and I’m convinced that they will be favorably received both by our existing and future partners. From February 12 to March 26, we’ll be visiting six cities across Poland as part of the Axence Partner Roadshow. We’ll be stopping in Katowice, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, and Kraków. These events will combine a practical approach to selling IT solutions with a presentation of our new Partner Program and our current product portfolio. The meetings will have a casual, relaxed atmosphere and serve as an opportunity to learn practical sales tips, exchange experiences, and network directly with the Axence team and fellow partners.
Why Axence? Give us three arguments for the partnership model.
Firstly, we’re a reliable and trustworthy partner. Secondly, we offer acclaimed, award-winning products of the highest quality. Thirdly, we provide comprehensive support at every stage of the partnership, building relationships based on trust.
